I'm a designer who keeps the strategy in the room the whole time — not just at the brief, but through every decision, every iteration, and every asset. I don't have an ego about aesthetics because I stay focused on what serves the work best. And I care about the details, but in the service of clarity, not perfection for its own sake.

For the past 7+ years I've worked as a graphic and motion designer in the SF Bay Area, collaborating with a range of clients including Kaiser Permanente, U.S. Bank, and Abbott. I have the most experience with the health care, insurance, and financial industries.

I strive to use my design powers for good, whether it’s to make our world healthier, happier, more equitable, or just a little more interesting and fun!

Before design, I spent 6+ years as a Product Manager at companies that include Amazon.com and MasterClass, leading digital design projects from the client side. That experience shaped how I work as a designer. I know how decisions get made, what stakeholders actually need, and how to anticipate the ask before it's asked.

My educational background is in visual arts and design — a thread that's run through my entire life, even when my professional role leaned more toward management. In my spare time I like to dabble in all kinds of making: furniture, drawing, greeting cards, sewing. I'm a full-time creative who appreciates design in all its forms, from fine art to software to architecture. I love learning new ways to create, and I've found that the best inspiration often comes from the most unexpected places.

You’re probably hoping I’ll mention AI. It’s a useful tool. I use it. And I strive to do so responsibly.
